Hi, I'm Joanna Su. My working area is deliberately small: Tucheng, Banqiao, and Zhonghe. Small on purpose — you can only tell someone honestly "this area fits you" or "it doesn't" after you've walked it enough times yourself.
People assume an agent's job is selling houses. I think the honest version is: helping you get a very big, very hard-to-undo decision right. That's why I spend my time writing neighborhood guides and market notes — everything on this site is what I'd tell you in person.
